General Information
Cozy Coats: Do you have a gently used fall/winter coat or jacket that you would like to give away to someone in need? If so, please bring your coat or jacket to Rogers front foyer and put it in the Cozy Coats bin. Every November, Mrs. Walsh-Anstey's class organizes the Cozy Coats initiative to collect warm garments that will find happy new owners who are in need of a warm coat or jacket. Sharing is a gift you give yourself!
1000x5 Project: if you have an gently used books for children between the ages of infant to five years old, please drop them off in our PINK drop box located beside the Seaquarium in our front foyer. Thank you for helping to spread the love of reading to children in our community who may not otherwise have a book to open!
Winter Concert Dates and Times: Tuesday, December 11th and Thursday, December 13th. Dress rehearsals: 1:00 to 2:30 pm. Evening performances: 6:30 to 7:30 pm.

Term One Report Cards: report cards go home on Friday, November 30th.
Waste Free Lunches: thank you for sending in re-usable drink containers this week. The student Green Team noticed fewer containers to recycle and far less sticky, wet power tower recycle drawers and fewer fruit flies.
Lice Squad: Thanks to the parents who have volunteered to be on the "Lice Squad": Kelly and Michelle. The Lice Squad completed head checks in each class last week. We appear to be lice free at Rogers. Parents, please continue to do your daily lice checks at home and please inform the school immediately if your child has lice, so we can pass the information on to other parents, as lice spread quickly. Thank you very much.
