ERASE Bullying and PBS at Rogers: please watch for the newsletter that will be going home on Monday to inform our families about our beginning plans to increase our school's social responsibility and pro-social behaviours and to heighten awareness about bullying. Thanks!
Cozy Coats: Thank you so much for all of the garments that were donated to our Cozy Coats program. Mrs. Walsh-Anstey's students spread the news about the cozy coats on the morning announcements every day and the message must have been heard because they packed up 7 1/2 extra large bags of garments with 71 garments in total, along with mittens, hats, boots and scarves! Rogers is a school of caring and generosity. Thank you so much for helping to make the world a warmer place for someone this winter!
1000x5 Project: if you have any gently used books for children between the ages of infant to five years old, please drop them off in our PINK drop box located on the front desk in our front foyer. Thank you for helping to spread the love of reading to children in our community who may not otherwise have a book to open! Last week, we sent away two boxes of books to the program, from Rogers!
Winter Concert Dates and Times: Tuesday, December 11th and Thursday, December 13th. Dress rehearsals: 1:00 to 2:30 pm. Evening performances: 6:30 to 7:30 pm.

Waste Free Lunches: thank you for sending in re-usable drink containers and re-usable yogurt containers this week. It's making a difference.
Lice: We ask parents to please continue to do your daily lice checks at home and please inform the school office immediately if your child has lice, so we can pass the information on to other parents, as lice spread quickly. Thank you very much.
